We make every effort to provide quality patient care that is also cost-effective for the families. It is important to contact your insurance to make sure we are a provider for you and to understand what your benefits are. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit.

We are in network through both local hospitals. We collect all copays, co-insurance, and deductibles at time of service and try to assist anyone that is self-pay or out-of-network by making special arrangements for them. If you need to make a payment arrangement due to financial difficulties, please contact our office prior to your visit and our business office will help you in any way possible.
